A1:First of all, you can contact us by email.
Our professional staff will give you answer any questions, or,you can direct online order according to their own requirements.
Q2:What's the order process?
A2: Submit logo or picture(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)
> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q3: Can I get a product sample?
A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid setup cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I'd like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A5: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule
and get a fastest production time for you.
Q6: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A6-1: If you provide wrong info and confirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford
to re-make them.
A6-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re- make for you freely.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3:Different products ask different MOQ,normal products ask 10-50pcs,special customized prodcts ask 100-300pcs,please confirm with salesman before place order.
Q4: Can I get a product sample?
A4: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid setup cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q5: What's term of payment?
A5:Our normal payment term is 30% deposit,balance payment before order ship out.
Q6: How long can i get my package?
A6:Customized production usually take 7-15days,according to your shipping method,different logistics have different shipping time,by DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT usually take 5-8days arrive customers,by sea/train usually take 18-25days.
