Q1: I am a novice foreign trade, how to finish an order?
A1:First of all, you can contact us by email.Our professional staff will give you answer any questions, or,you can direct online order according to their own requirements.

Q2: What's the order process?
A2: Submit logo or picture(buyer) > submit quotation(supplier) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (buyer) > Create artwork (supplier)> Approval (buyer) > 30% deposit(buyer) > Production + Shipping balance payment (supplier)

Q3: What is your MOQ?

A3:Different products ask different MOQ,normal products ask 10-50pcs,special customized prodcts ask 100-300pcs,please confirm with salesman before place order.

Q4: Can I get a product sample?
A4: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid setup cost. And we will take picture for your check.If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.

Q5: What's term of payment?

A5:Our normal payment term is 30% deposit,balance payment before order ship out.

Q6: How long can i get my package?

A6:Customized production usually take 7-15days,according to your shipping method,different logistics have different shipping time,by DHL/Fedex/UPS/TNT usually take 5-8days arrive customers,by sea/train usually take 18-25days.
